Coldwell Banker names Fischer senior vice president marketing
     ( PARSIPPANY , N.J. ) -- Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has named Michael Fischer as its new senior vice president of marketing. Fischer will report to company president and CEO Jim Gillespie.
     Fischer replaces Charlie Young, who was recently promoted to chief operating officer.
     Fischer will oversee and direct the Coldwell Banker brand’s consumer marketing, including advertising, online initiatives, market research, public relations, internal communications and regional marketing activities. He will also guide all aspects of www.coldwellbanker.com.
     Fischer joins Coldwell Banker after spending the past 15 years at Nissan North America, most recently as director of marketing communications.


GMAC names leader of Europe, Asian operations
     (OAK BROOK, Ill.) -- GMAC Global Relocation Services has named Eric Stern to lead the company’s Europe, Middle East, Africa  (EMEA) and Asia Pacific operations. Both regions have experienced the fastest growth within the company’s worldwide operations.
     The company also announced that Russell Salton will assume responsibility as vice president, Global Operations for the Western Region. In addition to global management of one of the company’s most valued clients, Salton will expand his role to include responsibility for all clients supported by the Western Region.
     Tara Nielsen has been promoted to vice president of Global Alliance Management and will assume responsibility for all operational aspects of the team on a global basis.
