and senior editor, is a former wire service and newspaper reporter and
editor who has covered the industry for more than 15 years. His views on
real estate have been quoted in Smart Money magazine, Forbes, Business
Week and Barrons. He has written stories for The Real Estate
Professional magazine, Golf Course Living, Discovery.com,
Realty Times and other publications. Pat Remick,
editor, is a former wire service and newsletter reporter, and producer for
CNN, based in Washington. She covered Congress for several years with
United Press International and wrote and produced newscasts for CNN's
Washington bureau. She was the media representative for the U.S. House
Committee on Narcotic Abuse and Control. She also has covered property tax
